Help LGBTQ+ Seniors Stay in Their Homes

SAGE Wilmington and Aging in Place have received a grant to help LGBTQ+ seniors and our straight senior allies remain in their own homes for the rest of their lives. The project is called SAGENet Wilmington – a joint program of Aging in Place and the Frank Harr Foundation.

Are you a long-time resident wanting to stay in your home and neighborhood? Perhaps you’re new to Wilmington and looking forward to the fullest life in your new home? Do you have needs concerning:

  • Medical services?
  • Transportation?
  • Insurance benefits?
  • Social Opportunities?
  • Legal issues?
  • Home maintenance?

We put information, recommendations, and referrals at your fingertips on dozens of topics and areas of concern. We will be assessing seniors and matching them with community services to meet their needs in a process we call Options Counseling.

Live longer, live better…Contact SAGENet Wilmington to help you plan ahead.

For more information call 910-805-4663 and leave your name and phone number. We will contact you immediately to begin the process.
